By registering you will be able to submit issues online regarding the building for consideration by the committee. You will be able to see the status of current and previous issues.
Owners will be able to vote on matters involving the building.
The committee will contact you to verify your residential or owner status before confirming your registration.
Once accepted you will be able to login to the restricted part of the site, where issues can be raised, status seen, and votes cast.
Only one owner registration is permitted per unit. Both an owner and a tenant can register seperately and both can submit issues, however only the owner can cast votes on building issues.
Vote results will be displayed in the restricted part of the site for members to see.
